微软招人事实习生(北京)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Aid staffing consultants in entering new candidate details into database and coding up resumes correctly. Track shortlist candidate in database.
    2. Vendor payment management;
    3. Staffing Newsletter management;
    4. Staffing Shared Point update;
    5. Assist consultants in HR projects.

    Requirement:

    1. Have a strong interest in Human Resources and ideally staffing / recruiting.
    2. Quick learner, love challenges and working under pressure, patient, detail-orientated.
    3. Fluent in both oral and written English.
    4. Mature approach to work - able to prioritize and plan effectively.
    5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    6. Good interpersonal/communication/presentation skills.
    7. Working days:4+ days per week; long term preferred; can start ASAP.
